COURT DENIES STANFORD A NEW TRIAL

US District Court Judge David Hittner* has denied the Motion for a New Trial filed by the team of attorneys representing convicted Ponzi schemer Robert Allen Stanford. It is anticipated that an appeal of his conviction will be filed shortly.
