The Council of Europe has commented in detail on the Troika Laundromat, and the Azerbaijani Laundromat, referring to what it has called the Global Laundromat, in a Resolution entitled Laundromats: responding to new Challenges in the International Fight against Organized Crime, Corruption and Money Laundering.You are encouraged to read it.
