W Samuel Patten, who worked with both Paul Manafort and Konstantin Kilimnik, and who rendered Substantial Assistance to the Special Counsel's office, was sentenced today to three years probation, $5000 fine, and 500 hours of Community Service. Patten illegally funneled foreign contributions for the Presidential Inauguration through Cyprus. He pled to FARA violations. He was to testify against Paul Manafort, regarding the money laundering charges.
