Dominica's Official Gazette, a publication of the Commonwealth of Dominica, recently published its list of the most recent individuals to receive Citizenship by Investment (CBI) passports. A local resident was kind enough to scan them and post the images to the Internet, and we show them below.
Note well that all the new citizens come from either the Middle East or China, regions which compliance officers regard as having elevated-, or even-high risk for AML/CFT purposes. Perhaps some of our readers can examine all the names, to determine how many are Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) in their countries of origin, how many are fugitives from justice, and how many have fraud convictions at home.
