This is JOSE VICENTE AMPARAN CROQUER, also known as "Chente," a Venezuelan attorney wanted in the United States on multiple money laundering charges. He has been accused of being a "professional money launderer." His relationship in Malta was with PORTMANN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LTD. He reportedly lives in Spain, but is believed to have taken several trips to Malta. He was declared a Fugitive from Justice by the US District Court for the Southern District of Florida on September 25, 2018.

He may be using an alias, or carrying a passport from another country, possibly Dominica. If you have seen this individual, either in the past or more recently, please report this directly to the United States Embassy; There may be a reward.
