The topic for today - will the European Union, having now finally sanctioned Hezbollah, pursue the network of front companies that the terrorist group uses to raise funds for its military activities, or will the EU choose to ignore them ? There's a reason I ask this question: Hezbollah front companies are
distributing counterfeit medicine, to Europe and the Middle East, and this constitutes a clear and present danger to public health, as well as a fraud on the consumers, and governments, that pay for them; They need to be shut down,
Hezbollah uses a variety of schemes, many of them criminal, to raise funds, and that money goes right to Beirut, to feed its growing military machine. Counterfeit medications are only the worst example. Will the European Union take firm action against these terrorist financiers, and we we begin to see the front companies being dismantled ? We cannot say, but we will be watching.
