PILATUS BANK US CASE SEEKING DISCOVERY APPEARS TO BE STUCK IN LIMBO

Is Ali Sadr Hashemi Nejad's Federal court case seeking Discovery in the Pilatus Bank matter stuck in legal limbo ? There has been no action by the Court since Sadr's counsel filed a stipulation on January 15 to extend the Respondent Competent additional person time to answer.  It appears that counsel failed to serve him by the deadline date, and the case may have been dismissed without further order of court. The Court has not signed the agreed order counsel submitted, almost a month ago, and there are two "Error" notices in the file.

Simply put, we cannot tell if Pilatus' counsel's ploy to keep the case alive worked or not. We shall continue to monitor the docket. Here it is as of today. Is there some reason why  counsel doesn't simply refile the case ?
