Admitting that there is no law providing for the automatic disbarment of Bajan attorneys convicted of a Felony, the Barbados Bar Association President, ROSALIND SMITH-MILLAR, is hastening to seek the removal of the convicted attorneys, all of whom are members of the BBA. We urge immediate action, for the protection of the public. These cases are a legal obscenity perpetrated upon the public.

We call upon the BBA to reopen all the client complaints which it summarily dismissed, without any investigation, dating back 15 years, or bear financial responsibility for gross negligence. If the Bar won't protect the victims, then the victims should recover from the Bar for its utter failure to assist them in their hour of need.  Compensate the victims for your professional negligence and corruption.
