The censors who manage Internet access in China are effectively blocking all direct views of any articles mentioning the Panama Papers; apparently, many corrupt senior Chinese PEPs, and Princelings*, used the legal services of Mossack Fonseca, to form offshore corporations, most likely to evade taxes, and hide the proceeds of corruption, namely bribes and kickbacks.
It is not widely known, but approximately one third of Mossack's business originated in Mainland China. Reports from those media who have examined the Papers indicate China constituted 29% of Mossack's profitable corporate formation sector. Also, please note that MF had eight offices, located in most of China's principal cities.

* Princeling is the label given to the affluent sons and daughters of China's leaders, both presently in power, as well as those descended from the original Chinese Communist founders.
