  (5) Giving building permits to persuade the voters in advance of the elections.
  (6) Gifts of petrol vouchers sent to voters to guarantee their election support.

• I rest my case. The Labour Party committed massive election fraud, to win the election due to systemic cheating. May their leaders receive justice from a Higher Power.
