GRENADA ISSUES CBI PASSPORTS TO RUSSIAN SPIES, GIVING THEM POTENTIAL ACCESS TO THE UNITED STATES

There is evidence that Grenada has issued several Citizenship by Investment (CBI) passports to individuals who are agents of the MAIN DIRECTORATE OF THE GENERAL STAFF OF THE ARMED FORCES OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION, more commonly known by its former title GRU, Russia's foreign military intelligence agency. In short, it has issued passports to spies. The GRU is Russia's largest foreign intelligence agency; The individuals, whose passports carry aliases, not their actual names, are listed as being nationals from countries that were formerly part of the Soviet Union, but are now independent states. They are actually Russia nationals, but are concealing their identities and true nationalities.

The reason we draw your attention to this issue is because Grenada, alone among the five East Caribbean (EC) states that have CBI or CIP programs, has an arrangement with the United States, whereby that country's passport holders are eligible for E-2 Investor Visas to enter, reside and work in the U.S., giving them the potential to be able to live inside America, to conduct espionage activities or financial crime, and to disrupt the U.S. economy.

We have conveyed our concerns to the United States Government, and by this article, we directly urge the Government of Grenada to cancel the citizenships awarded to those individuals, and to cancel their passports forthwith. Otherwise, we intent to petition the United States Department of State to cancel the Grenada E-2 Investor Visa program, and to revoke all E-2 Visas issued and existing to Grenadian citizens, on National Security grounds, on May 15, 2025. Consider this to be the only notice we will give of our intentions in this matter; We trust that Grenada will govern itself accordingly.

We sincerely doubt that Grenada is the only CBI-issuing state that has been penetrated by the Russian intelligence services. Although our recent article, THE REAL REASON THAT THE ECJ RULED MALTA'S CBI PASSPORT PROGRAMME IS ILLEGAL; IT FACILITATES MONEY LAUNDERING & FINANCIAL CRIME INSIDE THE EU was dismissed by many of the consultants in the immigration migration industry, the principal marketers of CBI passports, Neutral Malta, which is not a member of NATO, is a known hotbed of Russian espionage activities directed at the European Union. We strongly suggest that INTERPOL review Malta's CBI passport records, to determine which individuals require investigation for the use of Maltese passports by Russian agents. for espionage, money laundering and financial crime.

We will be publishing additional information on the illegal abuse of Grenada CBI passports in a subsequent article.
