BLACKLISTED CBI VENDOR HENG SHENG LISTED ILLEGAL DISCOUNT ON ITS MARKETING PRESENTATION, BUT GRENADA WAITED MONTHS TO SANCTION IT; WHY?

We have a question for the CEO of the IMA,  the Grenada CIU, the country's Citizenship by Investment (CBI) unit; Why did you wait so long to sanction HENG SHENG, your principal passport vendor? The company's illegal, seriously discounted sales program for your citizenship & passport sales, not only openly bragged to investors about how they could save a lot of money on a Grenada passport by dealing with HS, it was right there on their marketing materials ! The bogus "financing" option, which was never intended to be repaid, was fraudulent in its face.

To make matters worse, the sanctions a/k/a Blacklist of Heng Sheng by Grenada, which we have reported previously, is only half-hearted in its application.

Why is IMA Granada giving Heng Sheng the benefit of the doubt? This is only a SUSPENSION, not a true blacklisting and the imposition of sanctions. Furthermore, there's no promise that "backdated" applications will continue to be quietly processed, which has been the case throughout the East Caribbean CBI states, when presented with similar issues. We really need to see some Good Faith regulatory action by the IMA, if we are to have any confidence in its operation.
