THE UNINTENDED CONSEQUENCES OF CHEATING WHEN YOU PURCHASE A CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT (CBI/CIP) PASSPORT FROM SAINT KITTS AND SAINT LUCIA; INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL ANYWHERE WILL BE AFFECTED, EVEN WITH YOUR OTHER PASSPORT

As a wise man from Dubai explained to me yesterday, there will be consequences if you are one of the individuals who purchased your citizenship & passport from a Middle East CBI vendor who gave you that great deal on a major discounted citizenship, far below the six figure official price. As we told you yesterday, Saint Kitts is now notifying all those cheats like yourself to pay up the difference by the New Year, or face immediate revocation of your SKN citizenship, making your passport worse than worthless. It is expected that Saint Lucia will be forced to follow suit, as well as the other three EC CBI-issuing states, Antigua, Dominica & Grenada. We have observed that all five have issued CBI passports at illegally-discounted prices.

Here's how it gets even worse; given how the UK and EU now both require online pre-clearance, as well as many other countries, long before you are able to even board your flight to Europe, or to another destination. Those forms ask specific questions about your criminal convictions, whether you have been denied entry anywhere, and often pose several other questions about your history.

When the Director of National Security of Saint Kitts & Nevis revokes your CBI citizenship for non-payment, or even failure to respond to its December 4 notice, that will most likely be an event that you MUST report on any government's form for admission as a non-immigrant visitor. It may very well be considered, by some countries, as the functional equivalent of a criminal conviction or deportation.

If you lie about it on the form, and the truth later comes out, the consequences could include being removed from the country, being blocked from further visits for several years, or even that your international travel anywhere could abruptly end when the notice of the revocation appears online, for all to see.

Therefore, we recommend that everyone who is guilty of paying an illegally-discounted price for their Caribbean citizenship, pay up forthwith, or face what might be onerous consequences in the future. If you cannot travel, your world will become very small, very quickly.
