FORMER SAINT KITTS PRIME MINISTER TIMOTHY HARRIS EMERGES AS THE CENTRAL FIGURE IN THE COUNTRY'S CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT FRAUD, MONEY LAUNDERING AND CORRUPTION SCANDAL

As more information becomes known in the massive unfolding USD$2bn fraud, money laundering and corruption scandal plaguing the Federation of Saint Kitts & Nevis, the primary role of former Prime Minister TIMOTHY HARRIS, as the principal facilitator of the Chinese company, CARIBBEAN GALAXY GROUP, is confirmed by the evidence. Harris, who served as SKN PM from 2015 to 2022, and who is one of the principal defendants in MSR MEDIA vs. LES KHAN, the RICO case pending in US District Court in Tampa, has a lot of questions to answer for:

(1) Why would Timothy Harris give 5,500 shares, worth USD$962m, to Caribbean Galaxy group, for a jail project costing only $30m? Those shares, which potentially result in the issuance of more than 20,000 CBI passports, are the central component of an illegal scheme to give Caribbean Galaxy close to one billion dollars that legally belong to the people of Saint Kitts. His conduct has been unconscionable.

(2) Why would he allow Galaxy to receive money directly from the applicants into an Asian bank, without those funds going into a specially designated escrow account? Kittitian CBI laws and regulations require this, and in no other SKN project was this ever allowed or permitted. By definition, when Harris allowed the funds to be deposited in accounts outside of government control, he was committing gross malfeasance in office, and violating the public trust.

(3) Why would Harris oppose the §1782 proceeding, giving access to his financial transactions in United States banks? If he had nothing to hide, why would he not permit full and complete transparency in his personal financial information? Obviously the answer is that his U.S. bank accounts contain the proceeds of crime, meaning bribes & kickbacks that he feared would be confirmed.

(4) What is the true nature of the relationship between Timothy Harris and the Chinese company, Caribbean Galaxy? Is Harris the Peoples' Republic of China's enabler, facilitator of funding, and the person who intends to deliver Saint Kitts to China, a a political ally?

Harris needs to answer these questions; if he continues to hide from the truth, if not in a public forum, then in a court of law; Let justice prevail.
