AFTER MSR PRODUCES CLEAR AND CONVINCING EVIDENCE IN COURT, SAINT KITTS & NEVIS FINALLY ORDERS THOSE INDIVIDUALS WHO ACQUIRED CBI CITIZENSHIP FROM RIF TRUST-LATITUDE THROUGH ILLEGAL DISCOUNTS TO PROMPTLY PAY THE BALANCE OWED, OR FACE REVOCATION OF THEIR CITIZENSHIP

Following on the MSR Media RICO lawsuit, the submission of contracts in a Saint Kitts judicial proceeding, proving that illegal discounts in citizenship sales were made by RIF TRUST-LATITUDE, and Philippe Martinez' groundbreaking podcast, the Prime Minister of Saint Kitts, TERRANCE DREW, has finally ordered all citizenship holders who purchased from RIF Trust/Latitude who failed to pay the legal minimum rate, remit payment of the balance, forthwith, or face revocation of their citizenship. We salute this decision of Prime Minister Drew.

The notice, which was issued today, December 3, 2024, and was going out to all CBI citizenship holders who failed to pay the minimum amount under Saint Kitts law, requires the recipients to either prove they paid the full amount, or pay what they owe now. It also advises that, in the event that there is no reply received by December 31, 2024, that it will be presumed that the recipient, including all family members, failed to pay the legal minimum, and that a revocation order will be issued by the Minister of National Security.

No reason has been provided for the extensive delay by the Government of Saint Kitts moving forward to requiring that individuals who paid the illegally-discounted rate for CBI citizenship, after the truth became known through the production of contracts confirming the illegality, and the opaque nature of the Saint Kitts CIU internal approval process has made it impossible for us to determine whether discounted citizenships were processed and completed after it was confirmed that those applications existed, and it is hoped that the pending external investigation of the matter, by outside parties, will answer that question.
