According to several American media sources, including the Miami Herald and our article, THE TRIPLE THREAT OF INCRIMINATING EVIDENCE THAT HANGS OVER ANTIGUA LIKE THE SWORD OF DAMOCLES https://lnkd.in/eGE8PeFv an additional Federal indictment will be filed in Miami later this year, involving NICOLAS MADURO, ALEX SAAB MORAN, and multiple other defendants, in what is said to be a major financial crime case, involving money laundering through American financial institutions.
Legal observers here who have been monitoring unfolding developments, both in District Courts in New York and Miami, civil as well as criminal, have indicated that the focus of this case case will include Saab's laundering of Maduro's illicit millions, allegedly from narcotics trafficking and corruption, into and through both onshore and offshore financial institutions in Antigua and Barbuda, believe that Prime Minister GASTON BROWNE, and the former CEO on the now insolvent GLOBAL BANK OF COMMERCE, BRIAN STEWART-YOUNG are most likely to be among those charged in the new indictment. Both had close personal relationships with Saab, who was the primary money launderer for Maduro's criminal racketeering organization. Young has left Antigua and reportedly is now living in the UK.
They are unsure which other Antiguans, both in government, and in the private sector, will be named as defendants in that case, as no information is publicly available in a pending investigation as a matter of law enforcement policy. We have been polling our numerous sources for information, but we have been unable to secure any any details. More to follow when it becomes available.
