PARVIZ WAS RIGHT: DECEPTION BY PASSPORT SALES AGENTS SELLING GRENADA CBI CONTINUES UNABATED

If you read all the adverts posted by Citizenship by Investment (CBI or CIP) consultancies, you always come to the section touting GRENADA's unique advantages among the five Eastern Caribbean states that sell economic citizenships; the country's status as having the U.S. E-2 Treaty Visa. Now PARVIZ MALAKOUTI, the smart Los Angeles-based immigration lawyer who publishes often in Linkedin, has dropped a legal bombshell.

Parviz correctly advises that, since 2022, any Grenada CBI passport holder who spent six figures to acquire that identity document, must first domicile in his or her adopted country for THREE YEARS, to  "possibly be eligible," and remember, there's no Green Card (Lawful residency) in the picture

The second shock he disclosed is that, in all of last year (2025), the United States only approved a grand total of ONE E-2 VISA from Grenada. So why are all the bloody CBI consultants hawking the E-2?? It's because many of them use that to snare clients, who are then subject to a classic "Bait and Switch" and advised to purchase a Saint Kitts and Nevis, or Saint Lucia, citizenship. As we say, caveat emptor, gentlemen. Thanks, Parviz; perhaps consumers who are considering CBI may wish to start reading his insightful articles, prior to jumping in head first to an economic citizenship investment.
