Agents from MIMOUN ASSRAOUI's Dubai-based RIF TRUST, already banned in Saint Kitts & Nevis, cheated a significant number of their clients out of deposits made for Saint Lucia passports, and both RIF and CARIBBEAN GALAXY have ignored pleas from victims for the return of their money, in a new scandal which has appeared on top of RIF's illegal sale of discounted passports.
Evidence received from unhappy RIF customers includes forged documents, counterfeited signatures, falsified records and the alteration of account numbers on invoices, all for the criminal purpose of the theft of large client deposits made for Saint Lucia passports. We are in possession of incriminating correspondence, bank wire transfer records, written admission of misconduct on the part of senior RIF executives, and failed promises to repay the stolen funds, and intend to petition the Government of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), where RIF has its principal place of business, to have the company shut down and prosecuted for organized criminal activity. There is also jurisdiction in the United States, to prosecute the offenders, and we intend to bring the matter to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
Not only were clients and customers defrauded, but RIF's Marketing Partners were also defrauded. One of the most egregious violators at RIF, of the victims' trust, and outright thief, is, amazingly, an American citizen on the RIF payroll, and protected by the company's CEO, MIMOUN ASSRAOUI. We intend to hold him, and others, to account for their crimes, and secure restitution from both RIF TRUST and the CARIBBEAN GALAXY GROUP.
Stay tuned for Part Two of this story, where we will identify the individuals at RIF Trust involved in this massive fraud, and provide further details of the scheme to defraud applicants for Saint Lucia CIP passports.
