PENDING LEGISLATION IN THE EU ALLOWS SANCTIONING OF FOREIGN LEADERS AND DIPLOMATS WHO ARE CAUSING CBI PROBLEMS

Buried in the new European Council legislation, which passed by a large margin, and now goes on for final ratification by the EU, is the ability to personally affect the senior leaders and diplomats of those five Eastern Caribbean states who supervise Citizenship by Investment (CBI/CIP) passport sales programs in their countries. Sanctions against those leaders, individually, are authorized under the EU's response to CBI programs that have resulted in the widespread entry of financial criminals, and other high risks, visa-free, into Europe.

This gives Europe the power to act against the individuals who have been engaged in widespread corruption within their CBI programs, and who continue to issue a massive number of passports, with zero due diligence, resulting in the subsequent arrests of criminals using those valuable identity documents in several Western countries. We have reported upon the systemic corruption, money laundering and CBI/CIP fraud specifically in Saint Kitts & Nevis, Saint Lucia and Dominica; will PM PHILIP J. PIERRE, DPM ERNEST HILAIRE, TERRANCE, PM. TERRANCE DREW, and PM ROOSEVELT SKERRIT could now find themselves banned from entry into the European Union. The passport sales programs in all three of those EC states are fatally infected with corruption, and have issued tens of thousands of passports to dodgy individuals, solely to raise funds for the dysfunctional economies of corrupt leaders, who have diverted millions of US dollars to their own use, cheating their constituents out of their patrimony, and giving career criminals visa-free entry into Europe.

Will we see individual sanctions imposed upon those leaders in 2026? Stay tuned to find out.
