IS FORMER BVI PREMIER ANDREW FAHIE NOW SEEKING A PRESIDENTIAL PARDON?

Our sources are advising  that ANDREW FAHIE, once the Premier of the British Virgin Islands, but now serving a long sentence in Federal Prison for money laundering and drug trafficking, has made overtures to agencies of the United States Government, for the purposes of securing a Presidential Pardon.
Fahie has appealed his conviction, but most legal observers, citing the overwhelming evidence introduced against him at trial, and direct testimony of his co-defendants, doubt that the Eleventh Circuit will reverse his guilty verdict. His co-defendants both received sentence reductions after giving cooperative testimony at trial.

FAHIE, whose scheduled Release Date from custody is February 9, 2033, is currently incarcerated in the Federal Correctional Institution in Jessup, Georgia. The fact that the former Honduran president, JUAN ORLANDO HERNANDEZ, was able to obtain a pardon from President Donald Trump has led to speculation that Fahie's quest could be successful. We will be closely monitoring Fahie's efforts to secure a pardon, which has heretofore not been publicly reported in the media.
