I CHALLENGE SPEAKER OF PARLIAMENT CLAUDIUS FRANCIS TO A LIVE DEBATE ON THE ISSUES

TO: ST. LUCIA SPEAKER OF PARLIAMENT CLAUDIUS FRANCIS:

Claudius, Let’s meet in Trinidad for a live debate in January 2026, responding to the issues presented in your attack upon me on your Facebook television show last night. Claudius, you made one fatal mistake on that program; you attacked me on my past and forgot to mention your phone communications with your Cuban and Chinese handlers . In response to you, Claudius, yes 45 years ago, I was laundering money with AMBASSADOR BILLY HERBERT in Saint Kitts and Nevis and I was convicted; I paid the price for my crimes, But since then, I have worked for U.S. and Canadian Government agencies and major American banks,  helping them in the fight against money laundering. I also have testified twice at the United States Congress on money laundering issues, and several of my proposals ended up in the USA PATRIOT Act of 2001. 

Claudius, here is my proposal; let’s meet in Trinidad , to have a live debate there, where we will discuss your phone records between August 9, 2025 to December 2 , 2025, and the allegations of your participation in the Saint Lucia National Election fraud of December 1, 2025. We can also discuss your very inappropriate communications with very young girls. You can bring anyone you want.

We can discuss as well all your communications with your Cuban handler about TRINIDAD & TOBAGO PRIME  MINISTER KAMLA PERSAD-BISSESSAR; Let’s do it Claudius !  In Trinidad any day you want in January, I am sure Trinidad's Prime Minister will be interested to learn what is in the communications you had with your Cuban and Chinese handlers and I shall introduce Kamala directly to my sources in the United States Government, so that they can brief her on the content of your  recorded communications. Let me know if you‘ll show up .
