BRIBES PAID THROUGH MALTA'S DEPUTY PRIME MINISTER CHRIS FEARNE'S STAFFER IN VGH SCANDAL

The exposure of suspicious payments totalling €433,500, made to CARMEN CIANTAR, known to be the chief political adviser to Malta's Deputy Prime Minister and Health Minister DOCTOR CHRISTOPHER FEARNE MP, reported in Maltese media this week, connected to the ever-widening VITALS GLOBAL HEALTHCARE (VGH) hospitals scandal, have resulted in widespread anger amongst Maltese voters.

Fearne has denied being the recipient of what are obviously bribes and kickbacks, but the circumstances surrounding the matter indicate that he was the beneficiary of these illicit payments. Evidence, including specific details about the transactions, which were reportedly made through a bank in Dubai is damning, and implicates both Ciantar and Fearne.

In truth and in fact, Ciantar is a known front for Fearne, as she is said to have been in an intimate relationship with him. She is a canvasser for Fearne, which means she is a political adviser who is tasked with securing votes for Fearne, through any means possible in Malta's corrupt political structure. His statements, to the effect that he is distancing himself from her, and her abrupt termination of the plum six figure government position that she holds is damage control, and a poor effort to deny the relationship.

We send a message to Dr. Fearne, upon whom we have recently completed an investigation: how will you hide the "Palazzo Promontorio" story, when we expose you further? We expect to publish details in the near future; stay tuned.
