BACKROOM DEAL IN MALTA INCLUDED IMMUNITY FROM PROSECUTION FOR JOSEPH MUSCAT IN CORRUPTION AND KICKBACK SCANDALS

If you read our story on the corruption involving Malta's Deputy Prime Minister DOCTOR CHRISTOPHER FEARNE and his acquisition of PALAZZO PROMONTORIO, we published it after noting that there is currently a major disinformation campaign underway against Fearne, who was blocked from becoming the country's Prime Minister, when JOSEPH MUSCAT was forced to resign, due to Muscat's central role in the Pilatus Bank money laundering, Daphne Caruana Galizia assassination, hospitals, Electrogas and passport sales scandals.

According to a reliable inside source, who has been our whistleblower on internal Maltese politics, and who has personal knowledge of Muscat's efforts to force Fearne to resign in disgrace:

(1) Fearne, as Deputy PM, was instrumental in seeing that the Cabinet voted for JMs removal. It was his position that if he was chosen, he would be free to prosecute JM to the fullest extent of the law. As the result, Muscat became determined to ruin Fearne, both politically and personally.

(2)  He was considered a candidate for Prime Minister, but a secret dirty backroom deal between the current PM, ROBERT ABELA,  and Joseph Muscat, as kingmaker, gave it to him. This is not publicly known.

(3) The details: Muscat insured that RA would become PM, so long as he agreed to give JM total and complete criminal immunity from prosecution for anything he did whilst Prime Minister (2013-2020). Muscat could not be touched by law enforcement, according to the deal.

(4)  Abela, who was the legal adviser for Muscat and the Labour party (PL), was installed as Prime Minister, but has been extremely unpopular with the Maltese voting public whilst in office. He has been judged to be one of the most unpopular premiers since Maltese independence.

(5) JM also has an ace up his sleeve to protect him further, in the current Minister for Energy, MIRIAM DALLI, hence why the current dirty campaign against CF.

(6) Notwithstanding all this, Muscat fears that eventually Fearne will ascend to the premiership of Malta, and that will spell the end of JMs immunity from criminal prosecution. Hence all the dirty tricks, which are being choreographed by experts in inflicting online damage to the reputation of a target.

Where this will end up in internal politics is anyone's guess, though our queries of legal insiders in Malta have determined that most believe Chris Fearne will end up as Prime Minister eventually, in today's reality, and that event would probably mean that he would wreak his revenge by seeing that justice was served upon Joseph Muscat; stay tuned.
