Take a good look at this ad; it is but one more illustration of the fact that there is NO supervision abroad, by the five Caribbean CBI/CIP states , of their passport sales consultants. No only that, but the hapless buyers are grossly overpaying for their Dubai properties, and my sources have confirmed that they may not be able to even recoup their initial investment, when they later seek to unload their purchases.
