All these untoward events, which delay & disrupt transportation of goods, much of which cannot always be verified or precisely quantified, offer Targets of Opportunity for TBML laundrymen to place their clients' illicit profits on board transport payments, wholesale pricing, and satellite costs and charges they can convincingly claim were caused by natural events, or the consequences thereof.

Thus, do not accept any substantial segments of international trade payments or transportation charges, blamed as having been caused or aggravated by new or ongoing climatic issues. It may be difficult to obtain verification that one specific claim about changed conditions brought about by weather events, or suspected climate change, but you may be looking at a very well thought out excuse which doesn't survive your verification.
