SENTENCING DATE FOR BVI PORT DIRECTOR, A CO-DEFENDANT OF EX-PREMIER ANDREW FAHIE, POSTPONED FOR UNKNOWN REASONS

Here's a mystery for you; the sentencing of OLEANVINE MAYNARD, the former BVI Ports Managing Director in the ANDREW FAHIE money laundering and narcotics trafficking case in SDFL, has been postponed until March 28. Maynard's son KADEEM MAYNARD, whose lack of a legitimate work history and valuable transportation assets points to involvement in the region's lucrative drug trade, received 57 months after he entered a guilty plea.

Andrew's conviction on multiple counts has come under attack by his defense attorney, after two jurors, after the verdict as rendered and the jury was dismissed, after being duly polled to confirm each one's agreement with the verdict. A hearing has been scheduled for March 7, in what may be a unique situation with no relevant case law to guide the Court.
