NATIONALS FROM THE COMMONWEALTH OF DOMINICA ARE ALSO HAVING PROBLEMS GETTING VISAS TO ENTER AND STUDY IN THE UNITED STATES

It appears that all five of the Eastern Caribbean states that sell economic citizenships (CBI/CIP) to investors who want a second passport, Saint Kitts & Nevis, Antigua & Barbuda, Dominica, Saint Lucia and Grenada) are finding out that either their existing US visas have been cancelled, or that they cannot obtain a new one. We have heard from two sources in the Commonwealth of Dominica that local university students seeking US visas to attend college in America cannot now obtain the necessary visas to enter.

The US State Department position is that, due to Citizenship by Investment passport corruption, and serious National Security concerns, US visas for all the citizens of the five EC states are to be blocked for Dominica. We have also learned of allegations that citizens of Dominica have engaged in illegal surveillance within the Continental United States. The targets of such surveillance have been described as Dominican expats living in the United States. Dominica is said to be under the influence of its Chinese advisors, and China routinely spies on its expats living in America, especially those who oppose its regime, or are alleged to be fugitive white collar criminals.

The five EC CBI states, all of which are now busy showing the investing public, as well as both the United States and the Members of the European Union, both of which are highly critical of the various CBI programs, alleging rampant fraud and corruption, may be too little and too late for their belated reform actions, as the EU moves towards banning visa-free entry for EC passport holders, and the US seeks a total ban on entry. While some industry commentators believe the loss of such EU access poses an existential threat to the attractiveness of their product, Others have stated that CBI will survive residency requirements and loss of Visa-free European access. Only time will tell.

REPORTED SENTENCE REDUCTIONS, AND EARLY RELEASE, OF ANDREW FAHIE DO-DEFENDANTS RAISES THE PRESUMPTION THAT THERE ARE NEW SEALED INDICTMENTS AGAINST CARIBBEAN CORRUPTION TARGETS

Reports that both OLEANVINE and KADEEM MAYNARD have been released early from Federal Prison, in the drug, money laundering and corruption case against former BVI Premier ANDREW FAHIE, increases the likelihood that they rendered sufficient Substantial Assistance post-trial to merit a Sentence Reduction, meaning that it is possible that additional indictments have resulted from their testimony.

We note that there are a number of sealed court filings in the docket, which would increase the chances that information in those pleadings could contain information on new targets, and/or sealed indictments. Meanwhile, Fahie's BOP Release Date shows up as APRIL 10, 2033. Andrew Fahie is currently incarcerated at FCI Jesup, a medium security institution. He does have an appeal pending before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeal.

REPORT WARNS AGAINST UNREGULATED AND UNLICENSED SOCIAL MEDIA INFLUENCERS GIVING FINANCIAL ADVICE, WHICH INCLUDES SECOND PASSPORT MARKETING

The well-known SOVEREIGN GROUP, which dispenses corporate services, and other related financial advice, is warning the investing public in its most recent report, regarding actions recently taken by the UK FINANCIAL CONDUCT AUTHORITY, and other national regulatory agencies, about unqualified and unlicensed social media influencers who are illegally offering financial products in the global marketplace. The report goes on to cite a number of actions the FCA has taken, including the issuance of Cease & Desist letters, and arrests made after criminal proceedings have been initiated.

What I find noteworthy is that Sovereign has seen fit to include, in its comprehensive list of subjects that require licensed, professional advice, is "Residency, Tax Residency and Citizenship Planning." Most investors who contemplate the acquisition of a second citizenship and passport fail to secure neither legal nor tax advice before embarking up an application for Economic Citizenship, and rely solely upon the marketing spiel of the company selling the citizenship. The vendors are not tax professionals, nor attorneys licensed in the jurisdiction where the purchaser will have his or her new citizenship. Additionally, any adverse information is either not disclosed, or minimized. This does not serve the best interest of the purchaser, who may learn negative things after the fact, too late to recover the investment.

Again, we strongly advise buyers to retain the services of a qualified attorney, who may also refer them to a tax professional for further consultation. Sovereign is spot on by including economic passports in the category of purchases that require professional advice in advance. It is humbly suggested that those who intend to acquire a second passport take their wise advice.

NOW SEEING LOSS AND REVOCATION OF VISAS FOR SAINT LUCIANS TO ENTER THE UNITED STATES, GOVERNMENT SPOKESPERSON BLAMES THOSE OF ITS CITIZENS WHO OVERSTAY THEIR U.S. VISA, RATHER THAN THE CIP SCANDAL

Maundy Lewis

Down in the Eastern Caribbean state of SAINT LUCIA, which is one of the five EC countries that sell CBI & CIP passports, locals there are discovering that their ability to secure, or maintain, a visa to enter the United States is now under direct threat. We have already covered the fact that university students from the Caribbean CBI states are having their U.S. visas to attend college there revoked or cancelled, but this is an additional problem West Indians from Saint Lucia are now encountering, to their disappointment and chagrin.

MAUNDY LEWIS, the Attache' and Spokesperson for SLC Prime Minister PHILIP J. PIERRE, has publicly blamed those Saint Lucians who have overstayed on their US visitor's visas, and remained in America, but in truth and in fact the reason US visas are disappearing for Saint Lucians is the utter corruption, money laundering and fraud that has infected the country's CIP program, which is run by Minister of investment ERNEST HILAIRE. Pierre's futile efforts to blame his country's diaspora is just one more attempt to spin the truth, and to distract from the unfolding CIP scandal.

Perhaps in the near future, when no Saint Lucian is able to enter the United States, for any purpose, the voters who elected the Labour Party into office will realize that a change of administration is not only necessary, it is vital to keep Saint Lucia, and its citizens, from being shunned and excluded abroad, due solely to the CIP scandal, and take action accordingly.

FIRST CONSEQUENCES OF CARIBBEAN CBI CORRUPTION AND NATIONAL SECURITY THREAT: STUDENT VISAS OF ST. KITTS & NEVIS STUDYING IN THE UNITED STATES CANCELLED AND REVOKED

In what looks like the first evidence of action by the United States, against the five Eastern Caribbean states that sell Citizenship by Investment passports, SKN Foreign Minister DENZIL DOUGLAS has stated that the American visas of university students from Saint Kitts & Nevis has been cancelled or revoked, and there are reports that this is happening to college students from the other four CBI states.

In a public statement, DOUGLAS also admitted that the issue is his country's CBI program, which is infected with fraud, corruption and money laundering, but which he attempts to spin through casting blame on the Trump Administration. Douglas, who is alleged to have made a fortune, estimated at tens of millions of dollars, all stolen from the CBI program, and which was intended to benefit the people of Saint Kitts & Nevis, is trying to divert the attention of his constituents from his role, so that he can evade the legal, political and moral consequences of his acts.

Instead of coming clean to SKN citizens, and paying back the money he stole, we predict that he will shortly be involved in unlawful flight to avoid criminal prosecution, via midnight private jet, escaping to the Peoples' Republic of China, with his ill-gotten gains.

BBC ARTICLE ON CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT MISLEADS THE INVESTING PUBLIC

The recent vanilla BBC article that Simon Woolley recently brought to our attention on Citizenship by Investment passport sales is artfully deceptive, and I strongly suspect it was really authored by one of the companies that inhabit the "Investment Migration" industry, although the concept of migration has nothing to do with those prized EU and UK-accessible identity documents. They offer seamless entry, and little more.

The article completely fails to disclose the massive Caribbean CBI and CIP corruption scandal, involving Chinese companies diverting billions of US Dollars after selling passports & citizenship at an illegal discount, which has infected all five of the Eastern Caribbean states that vend EU, UK and Commonwealth visa-free entry travel documents. Likewise, the article minimizes the chances that the EU will pull the plug on visa-free entry, and that the US Government regards them as a primary National Security risk.

The small note about the attractiveness of caribbean CBI to money launderers and other dodgy characters, placed towards the end of the article, doesn't nearly go far enough to dilute the flowery prose in the story. The investing public is left with the idea that these CBI passports are a godsend, when they are currently under attack, and currently face existential threats. Purchasers would be well advised to look elsewhere for a second passport, as compliance officers at the world's international banks again raise the risk factor involved, when encountering the holders of such documents, for good reason.

ITS CBI SCHEME CANCELLED BY THE EUROPEAN COURT OF JUSTICE, MALTA INTENDS TO USE A VAGUE CITIZENSHIP BY MERIT PROGRAM TO GIVE EU ACCESS TO DODGY APPLICANTS

The Republic of Malta, it having been determined by the ECJ that its IIM (CBI) passport sales program as implemented (which gave applicants seamless entry into all the other Member states of the EU) was inconsistent with core principles of nationality, has announced that it will now try to modify its program to admit applicants through what it deceptively calls CITIZENSHIP BY MERIT. This new proposed program intends to grant individuals with special achievements citizenship, and it contains enough loopholes for Malta's corrupt leaders to drive a truck through. Of course given that the ruling party's de facto leader, JOSEPH MUSCAT, was once named the most corrupt government officials in the EU, we expect nothing less.

The proposed programme, which apparently offers Maltese government officials carte blanche regarding the cost to "qualifying" applicants, has no real guidelines or parameters, aside from some vague statements, will be open season for dodgy white collar criminals, international sanctions evaders and terrorist financiers who are magically found to be meritorious. Expect individuals from nations knowns to be State Sponsors of Terrorism. or jurisdictions banned from CBI elsewhere, to also pick up that valuable EU entry document. It is also fully expected that plenty or bribes will facilitate approval by government functionaries.

In short, it will be business as usual in Malta, regarding the ability of dodgy applicants of all calibers to acquire that passport, leaving them free to commit whatever crimes they chose to engage in, wherever in the EU their "business" takes them, even if that means espionage. We trust the European Union's Members will soon see through this nonsense, and put a quick stop to it.

EASTERN CARIBBEAN STATES, ADDICTED TO CBI REVENUES TO PAY THEIR BLOATED GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES, DESPERATELY SEEK TO KEEP THEIR CORRUPT PROGRAMS ALIVE, TO AVOID INSOLVENCY

When the Governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank (ECCB) Timothy Antoine, disclosed that 75% of the non-tax revenue of the five EC states with CBI & CIP programs is coming from their Citizenship by Investment passport sales, he admitted that these states are, in essence, addicted to the administrative costs that passport applicants must advance to process their applications.

Why is this money so necessary? All these countries have, outside of a small amount of tourism, little in the way of revenue-generating business; there basically no industry, very little agriculture, and what many experts refer to as dysfunctional economies, which must import almost everything consumers require.

These states cannot survive on indefinitely taking out loans, which they are unable to repay; look at Antigua's situation. Its debt service is swallowing a huge portion of the government's budget, because its defaulted loans carry greatly increased interest rates.

Each of these tiny jurisdictions carries an excessive number of government employees, a necessity in an economy where good jobs are hard to find, and the burdens of international diplomacy, with embassies and consulates to be funded, are costly for countries whose populations are less than those of even small cities abroad. While there is basically no ethnic, linguistic, historical or cultural difference between each small EC state, they zealously maintain that they are different and unique, when forming some sort of of federation would greatly trim their governmental budgets. These Micro-states do not need all those non-productive ministries and departments.

Now you know why the desperate Prime Ministers of the CBI states are trying, at the eleventh hour, to save their hopelessly corrupt CBI programs. They need the money to pay their bureaucrats. Depending on CBI money, they have ignored their obligation to develop diverse economies, create jobs, and move forward.

What will happen when the legal Tsunami which approaches comes ashore? We cannot say. Perhaps the people of those states will now finally wake up and go after all the corrupt payments to their leaders, and the billions illegally diverted abroad by Chinese companies. Will they do so?

FORMER ST. KITTS PM DENZIL DOUGLAS, THE MAN RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FALL OF CBI IN THE CARIBBEAN

Former PM and current Foreign Minister DENZIL DOUGLAS

In a stunning new development, a reliable inside source has now confirmed  that Saint Kitts politician Denzil Douglas is at the epicenter of the CBI scandal. His central involvement in creating the CBI fraud scheme through the Ramada Hotel project, with the Chinese partners that he introduced to the Caribbean, has now spread like a cancer to the other Eastern Caribbean states offering CBI and CIP. Corruption payments that have been traced to Denzil Douglas as recipient are conservatively estimated to be in the tens of millions of dollars. His position as SKN Minister of Foreign Affairs will become untenable in the upcoming three months, as twenty five years of fraud, corruption and money laundering are about to catch up to him. Douglas' criminal scheme has put the entire Caribbean region at risk of serious consequences.

I am willing to bet that Denzil Douglas will jump on a plane to a non-extradition country in the next few months, leaving Prime Minister Drew to clean up decades of CBI fraud and money laundering. We predict that the people of the Federation will not be able to handle the magnitude of the corruption of Denzil Douglas, once it is fully exposed.

The jury is not out yet on Denzil Douglas. Will he spend the rest of his life in either an American prison, or under House Arrest, or cheat justice in a faraway tax haven? We cannot say, but however it ends, his story of fraud, corruption and money laundering will affect the Caribbean for years to come.

THE CARIBBEAN'S NEW OVERTURES TO AFRICA WILL INCREASE RISK LEVELS AT U.S. BANKS THAT MAINTAIN CORRESPONDENT RELATIONSHIPS

Still smarting from from what they regard as hostile treatment from the US and EU on CBI, the Eastern Caribbean states appear to be now focusing their attention upon Africa, which is disturbing to compliance officers at the few remaining U.S. banks that still have correspondent relationships the region. A recent state visit to Saint Lucia by an African leader sanctioned by America for suspected drug trafficking, and the influence of a Nigerian airline owner, indicted in the U.S., in Antigua and elsewhere in the region, all indicate a Caribbean shift toward doing business with African players that could implicate American banks moving money to the Caribbean in money laundering or other serious criminal activities.

Is the Caribbean, now potentially facing a significant loss in revenue when previously-lucrative CBI investments lose their attractiveness through the inability of Caribbean passports to enter the EU and UK visa-free, seeking new sources of income? Lord knows they need it; most, like Antigua, have painful multi-million dollar debt service to cover each year, due to major past-due loans with accelerated interest rates, because of non-payment. Remember, the Eastern Caribbean states all need funds to pay their bloated government payrolls, and corrupt Africa leaders might just be their ticket to solvency, at least on a temporary basis.

Therefore, if I have the professional misfortune to be a compliance officer at a major American bank with correspondent accounts for indigenous Caribbean financial institutions, I now fear the distinct possibility that suspect finds from across the Pond in Africa will soon be headed to my bank, destined for those correspondent accounts, and that our management will allow it to enter and transit, notwithstanding my concerns. Do I start sending out my resume now, I wonder?

CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT SCANDAL; THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK

In response to the actions of the United States and the European Union, which are requiring meaningful changes on the part of the Eastern Caribbean states that offer Citizenship by Investment (CBI/CIP) passport sales programs, we are seeing efforts by the Investment Migration industry to push back against them, by couching the debate as one of local national sovereignty versus overbearing "Superpower Pressure." This is artful propaganda of the first order.

The passport sales industry is claiming that the choice offered to the five EC states is either submitting to the demands of the US and EC, or continuing to sell their lucrative passports. The industry argument is that wealthy CBI purchasers should have to agree to mandatory physical presence, for a definite period of time, in the jurisdiction, and having to be educated in the history, government and culture of their adopted country, nor should they be required to do so, as a permanent condition of acquiring, and retaining, that prized passport. For an industry that focuses upon the professed ability of second passport holders to migrate elsewhere, its hypocrisy is showing.

I take personal offense to this argument, the most prominent proponent of which is the CHRISTIAN NESHEIM, the publisher of the passport industry's most prominent media, IMI DAILY, which is financially supported by companies selling CBI, and has therefore a serious Conflict of Interest in speaking to both the Caribbean CBI states, as well as prospective investors, on all relevant issues. Nesheim's reluctance to support meaningful reform in the CBI industry is noteworthy, as is his continued association with investment migration companies associated with CBI fraud. He is neither an attorney nor an accountant, but appears to offer advice to potential citizenship purchasers that is best received from practising professionals, as the news about the future usefulness of these expensive passports is problematic.

IMI's Christian Nesheim

Appealing to the baser instincts of corrupt Caribbean leaders, who have now become addicted to the lucrative income that CBI brings to their troubled economies, I fear that the necessary comprehensive reforms will not be effectively implemented, that as the direct and proximate result, visa-free EU travel with be terminated, Caribbean nationals will lose all access to the United States, due to reasonable national security concerns, and the programs will lose their attractiveness in the marketplace. Investors will find their second citizenships elsewhere in the world, and lawyers for those who have already bought all those now worthless passports will have a field day suing the companies in the self-described investment migration industry for fraud and deception, and those who assisted them.

AMERICA ADMITS TO HOLDING SAINT KITTS CITIZENS PREVIOUSLY CONVICTED OF U.S. CRIMES AT GUANTANAMO; IS THE REASON THEY HAVEN'T BEEN DEPORTED THE FACT THAT THEY ARE CHINESE CBI PASSPORT HOLDERS?

The United States Government, responding to reports by CBS News, has admitted that it is detaining a number of illegal aliens who have been convicted of serious crimes in America at its Guantanamo Bay facility. Included on the list of nationalities held there are an undetermined number of citizens from Saint Kitts and Nevis. Due to privacy laws, their names have not been released.

The question we are asking is how many of these detained Kittitians are Chinese holding SKN Citizenship by Investment (CBI) passports? Tens of thousands of Chinese have been sold Saint Kitts CBI passports, and a number have been reportedly arrested in the United States for criminal activity, and for committing acts which violate the National Security law of America.

We call upon Saint Kitts Prime Minister TERRANCE DREW, who is at the epicenter of the country's CBI fraud, money laundering and corruption scandal, for allowing the sale of passports by Chinese-controlled GLOBAL GALAXY GROUP, to release the names of all Saint Kitts citizens held by the United States at Guantanamo Bay. Why weren't they simply deported directly to Basseterre? There are nonstop flights from the U.S.

SKN PM Terrance Drew

Is the Government of Saint Kitts afraid that if their constituents see the arrival of Chinese SKN passport holders, who are convicted felons involved in serious crimes, they will vote the incumbent Labour Party out of office?
