SOURCES: ST. KITTS ATTORNEY GENERAL, GARTH WILKIN, WILL BE NAMED AS A DEFENDANT IN THE AMENDED $150m RICO COMPLAINT TO BE FILED IN THE U.S. BY MSR MEDIA

Reliable sources close to the case of MSR MEDIA SKN LTD. vs. KAHN, the civil RICO lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Florida have advised that GARTH LUCIEN WILKIN, the Attorney-General and Minister of Justice and Legal Affairs, will shortly be named as a party defendant in the upcoming Amended RICO Complaint, which alleges massive corruption, illegal conduct and money laundering, on the part of several individuals, some of whom are present or former SKN government officials.

While no further details have been made available at this time, we understand that there is sufficient evidence to link Wilkin, who has previously denied his involvement in any of the illegally discounted passport & citizenship sales, to the conduct alleged by the plaintiffs, which include MSR Media Director Philippe Martinez. We shall update our readers with further information when the Amended Complaint has been filed with the Court.
