MSR MEDIA, a major Hollywood film production company, filed a major civil suit today, in United States District Court in Miami, against several former government officials in the Caribbean, in St. Kitts & Nevis, and St. Lucia, charging rampant and illegal Racketeer Influenced Corrupt Organizations (RICO) conduct that illegally undersold Citizenship By Investment passports and citizenship to multiple foreign nationals, including but not limited to transnational criminals involved in money laundering, white collar crime, fraud and several other categories of serious criminal conduct.These individuals have engaged in fraud and money laundering, and other offenses, totalling billions of dollars, and the named governments, which have benefited financially, have declined to take action against the bad actors, or block the widespread and open sale of discounted citizenships & passports.
This complex case, which is more fully described in the MSR Press Release attached to this article, seeks the revocation of all discounted CBI citizenships and passports, and for other relief. Readers are urged to closely examine the Exhibits attached to the Press Release, so that they may have a full understanding of the criminal conduct which such officials engaged in, and their refusal to reform the process. We shall be closely following this case as it develops.
