Did you read today's unsigned TOM article, asserting that, in a call between government and a US diplomat, America lauded Malta for following the Financial Action Task Force guidelines, to get off the Greylist ? Which Labour Party journalist wrote that piece, we wonder, as it qualifies as pure propaganda, not a new story by any means.

First of all, the US doesn't decide who, and when, a nation's Greylisting is removed; it's solely up to the FATF. Second, the article is totally bereft of any specifics that Malta allegedly has been conducting. Where are the bloody money laundering indictments, reform of the antiquated and corrupt judicial system, as well as the termination of the net 5% corporate tax that brought financial criminals and dirty money to Malta in the first place ?

Honestly, TOM, you can do better than publishing a puff piece clearly authored by PL. The article is not being taken seriously by the public; look at the Comments readers have filed. Your readers are smarter than to believe such an obvious Labour infomercial, being published just ahead of the expected National Elections. You lose credibility with garbage like that; only the dumbest of the Gahans believe that drivel. Brussels is probably laughing at you today and not for a good reason.
