MALTA'S TERRORIST FINANCIERS NEED TO UNDERSTAND THE CONSEQUENCES OF 9-11

World Trade Center Towers
Malta's money launderers who have engaged in Providing Material Support to a Designated Terrorist Organization may want to pay attention. Since the events of September 11, 2001, the United States has conducted what is referred to as the Global War on Terror. This translates into meting out especially long sentences upon any individual convicted of terrorist offenses, including associated white collar crimes, meaning terrorist financing.

Those defendants accused of terrorist financing whose lot it will be to have their case brought in the Southern or Eastern Districts of New York are in for an especially difficult time, due to their proximity to Ground Zero. You can bank on most likely being loaded up with multiple counts, forcing any sane person to realize what might happen should he fail to enter into a plea agreement, and be forced take his changes with his sentencing judge, who will send a message to the world about the victims of the terrorist whom you financed. This means a stiff sentence, perhaps due to enhancements added to the guidelines, and the Court's own feelings about the losses America suffered on 9-11.

We bring this up on on such a defining day to alert those individuals who believe that they will be eventually charged with terrorist financing in the current American money laundering investigation targeting senior government officials, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), bankers and businessmen in Malta. They must, as the earliest opportunity, obtain the services of competent counsel, with the objective of damage control, cooperating with the American authorities to the greatest extent possible, so that they end up with a sentence that they, and their families, will survive.

To do otherwise invites you to receive what may amount to a Life Sentence; your family can have your corpse sent home for burial in Malta. If this scenario upsets you, that may be your first step towards accepting responsibility, and moving on. Be among the first on the bus, or be left behind.
