The first installment of the groundbreaking Lanny Davis–Les Khan Citizenship by Investment (CBI) Investigation, just released by Proud American Studios, is explosive. The program features recordings that it states are in the possession of the U.S. Department of Justice and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. In those recordings, Les Khan discusses the financing of former Prime Ministers Timothy Harris and Denzil Douglas by Caribbean Galaxy, a company reportedly controlled by the government of the Peoples' Republic of China.
The investigation also examines what it describes as a fake due diligence company controlled by Chinese interests. Another major development is the role of international attorney Sam Bayat, whose work is presented as having assisted investigators in locating major banks in the Middle East where the investigation says politicians concealed illicit money received as bribes and kickbacks. Former St. Kitts CIU CEO Les Khan's recorded statements are presented as a central part of the investigation, and his. frank statements are damning, regarding the most senior elected officials of Saint Kitts & Nevis. Following these revelations, attention now turns to whether he will meet with U.S. authorities in Washington to provide further information.
