The Central Bank of Barbados is warning its citizens that high denomination Barbados notes (currency) are being cleverly forged locally. We have the answer to that mystery; it is the country's premier career criminal (and itinerant graphic designer) WINSTON CLARKE, whom we have previously covered on this blog due to his continued unauthorized practise of law, leaving many of his victims poorer and without solutions to their legal problems. Clarke, who was trained at government expense, reportedly has the advanced equipment required to create the bogus notes.
Clarke, whose primary alias is JOE GRIFFITH, is presently using the alias JUNIOR CLARKE. Some of his victims refer to him as BRUTTAL BOB [sic]. He has recently been accused of repeated strong-arm robberies and sexual battery among the members of Barbados' gay community on Pinfold Street, a known night time pick-up spot for homosexual men plying their trade. Do not approach this individual, as he is known to resort to violence when confronted regarding the counterfeit notes.
