CBI SALES CONSULTANT OLEG FIRER SUES AMERICAN CONGRESSIONAL CANDIDATE EVERETT STERN FOR IDENTIFYING HIM AS A RUSSIAN SPY

OLEG FIRER, a naturalized American citizen born in the Soviet Union, who is now Grenada's Ambassador to the Russian Federation, and is also an authorized agent for that country's Citizenship by Investment (CBI) passport program, has filed a civil suit against EVERETT STERN, a candidate for the United States Senate for 2022 from the State of Pennsylvania, and TACTICAL RABBIT, INC ., a private intelligence service.


Firer's Verified Complaint contains two counts; Count I is for Defamation of Character, and Count II for Tortious Interference with a Business Relationship. The Plaintiff alleges that Defendant Stern libeled him by identifying him as a "Russian spy," or an asset for Russian Intelligence. The Complaint attached the social media entry appearing below at page 9:


The Plaintiff is alleging that, as the result of the actions of the defendants, he has suffered damages. In his Prayer for Relief he is seeking (1) money damages, and  (2) a permanent injunction to prevent Everett from interfering with the Plaintiff/s business relationships. He has reserved on Punitive Damages, and is seeking a jury trial. Service of Process has not yet been effected upon the defendants, who are reportedly in Pennsylvania. The case is pending in Florida's Eleventh Judicial Circuit Case No.: 2022-00610 CA (Div. 13)
