If you were following the case of United States vs. Roger Stone, the Court has issued an eighty-one page Memorandum Opinion, when it denied the defendant a new trial this week. Last November, Stone was found guilty of Obstruction of Congress, five counts of Making False Statements, and Witness Tampering. Stone's attorneys then moved for a new trial, upon the alleged grounds that one juror has concealed her bias against him.
