WHY IS DOMINICA'S PRIME MINISTER USING TWO DIFERENT DIPLOMATIC PASSPORTS ?

 Sources in the Commonwealth of Dominica are abuzz with the disclosure that their Prime Minister, Roosevelt Skerrit, is using two different Dominica diplomatic passports when traveling abroad, and that these passports contain different dates of birth. What is it that he is seeking to hide from his constituents, as well as the world's law enforcement agencies, and is this connected to the illegal sale of diplomatic passports, for cash, to foreign nationals, allowing them to pose as diplomats while traveling ?   

According to an eminently reliable and trusted local source, there are two Skerrit diplomatic passports in current use:

(1) DP 0000572, showing his date of birth as January 8, 1972.
(2) DP 0000487, showing his date of birth as June 8, 1972.

Each passport is reportedly used for a separate and distinct purpose;

(A) The "clean" passport, is used to travel to the United States, Canada, and the countries of the European Union. His wife and children reside in New York.
(B) The "dodgy" passport is used to travel to countries regarded as high-risk, including dictatorships and tax havens, located in the Middle East, Asia and the Caribbean/Latin America. He also travels to countries listed as State Sponsors of Terrorism on that passport. Skerrit is a supporter of radical non-autocratic regimes which are adversaries of the United States and the Western democracies.
(C) Skerrit is known to travel to a high-risk jurisdiction on one passport, then traveling on to a Western European or North American on the other one. This technique is a known tactic of bulk cash smugglers, money launderers, and financial criminals, all of whom are anxious to disrupt and surveillance, physical or electronic, that is tracking them.

The fact that the Prime Minister is Dominica's most vocal supporter of his country's diplomatic passport sales program, which sells to foreign nationals, and thereby violates the UN treaty on diplomatic relations, raises the presumption that Skerrit is closing diplomatic passport sales abroad, and laundering the cash payments during his travels. is he actually delivering the diplomatic passports to dodgy "applicants," and secreting the cash proceeds in tax haven banks ? Perhaps some Dominican might want to ask him in person.
