Look closely; this the face of Caribbean corruption; KENYA JAMES was the IT Manager at the Saint Lucia Electoral Commission at the time preceding and leading up to the 2021 General Elections. According to our senior source within the Prime Minister's Office, he oversaw and was involved in the establishment of the new system for the electronic tabulation of voting. Without authorization, He built a "back door" to the commission’s IT system and electronic voting tabulation system and subsequently provided the then-Opposition SLP full access. On Election Day, the SLP could illegally see the live results of voting, and know where to target to bring out the vote. This is one aspect of the SLP scheme to rig voting in the last occasion.

He committed other unlawful actions that interfered with a free and fair election.. He and others, who will soon be named and identified, participated in a criminal conspiracy to manipulate the voters list, registering persons not qualified to vote and qualified individuals to be voters without satisfying the legal requirements of proof of residency. A large sum of money was reportedly paid by agents of certain then Opposition politicians to facilitate that scheme.

After the elections, Mr Kenya James was promoted from a grade 9 to a grade 15 in the Public Service. His girlfriend was promoted to manager in another government department. He now, unsurprisingly, hold the position of Assistant Chief Electoral Department. If he and his girlfriend presently hold U.S. visas, they should be revoked as a clear warning that election fraud is being monitored by a higher authority.
