CARIBBEAN GALAXY GOES UNDERGROUND IN SAINT LUCIA WITH COVERT CIP SALES THROUGH BLUEMINA IN A ROGUE OPERATION

According to our reliable sources, placed within the Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment (CIP) passport sales agency, the CIU, the Chinese-owned company CARIBBEAN GALAXY GROUP is still selling passports through an unknown and unauthorized, illegal and unregulated investment option the CIU internally refers to as “ALTERNATIVE INVESTMENT (AI). Attorney THADDEUS ANTOINE is quietly submitting files and applications through the Amman, Jordan based sales agency BLUEMINA CITIZENSHIP & RESIDENCY.

SLC Investment Minister ERNEST HILAIRE Hilaire has personally approved these illegality and has instructed that the files be processed, but the Certificate of Registration not be issued. This is in direct conflict with sworn statements made by Hilaire in the pending civil case, brought by former Prime Minister and Opposition leader ALLEN CHASTANET, against him and the CIU, stating that the Government has suspended the Enterprise/Infrastructure option with Galaxy, and are not processing their files. 

This means that persons within the CIU unit and the board of the CIU are now intentionally and knowingly breaking the law by processing applications for citizenship by investments in relation to an investment option which does not exist under the Laws of Saint Lucia. The agent or agents processing this at Bluemina and at other passport consultancies are also knowingly breaking the law.

Given this evidence of an ongoing illegal operation, the entire CIP program should be suspended at this time, pending an investigation by the Director of Public Prosecutions, to determine the extent to which the law has been broken, and the persons in command of the CIU held accountable in a court of law. To do otherwise exposes Saint Lucia to being labeled as a rogue state in the international community, and subject to an existential financial and regulatory response.
