It is well known, amongst journalists in Saint Lucia, that local crime boss "MARLON", who is from Prime Minister PHILIP PIERRE's constituency, who is extremely close to the PM, was reportedly given as much as USD$250,000 for each member of the Electoral Department, and paid to them as bribes, in advance of the last election. Then IT professional KENYA JAMES was one of the individuals receiving those illegal cash payments, made to insure that voting data could be manipulated, and unauthorized access given to Labour. In essence, Labour bought an election that UWP otherwise would have won.
This crime boss was rewarded with lucrative construction and refuse collection contracts, which he used to launder the proceeds of narcotics and other crimes his organization is engaged in. Most of the construction contracts are fronted by one of the Prime Minister's close associates, SEBASTIAN CHARLES, a failed bankrupt local contractor prior to the 2021 elections.
The real reason major crime cannot be suppressed in St. Lucia, is the fact that the Labour Party prevailed in the last General Election in large part through the illegal voter fraud efforts of the election department, as well as that of local organized crime leaders, who bought individual votes through cash payments on Election Day, the specific details of which we shall be covering in painful detail in future articles. Homicides are on the rise, and public safety is threatened, all as the direct and proximate result of the unholy alliance between the country's leader and organized crime.
