HENG SHENG DOES NOT DENY THAT IT SOLD ILLEGALLY-DISCOUNTED ECONOMIC CITIZENSHIPS OF GRENADA, MARKETED PAIRED WITH U.S. VISA ELIGIBILITY

 The China Singapore Citizenship by Investment company, HENG SHENG [SINGAPORE] DEVELOPMENT PTE. LIMITED, a vendor of Grenada citizenships, whom we recently exposed*, with documentary proof attached, of a marketing program that sold them at an illegal discount, has publicly responded to our evidence. Heng Seng, in a press release quoted in industry media, has asserted that our article contained "outdated" material, and that it CURRENTLY markets Grenadian citizenships at the "accepted practices and policies regarding pricing." You will note that Heng Seng did not deny that it has sold Grenada citizenships for illegal prices. It also threw around the term "alleged" to confuse readers, although the marketing materials published on this blog contained the signature block of an officer of the company, located in its Dubai headquarters, and which also had all the company details attached. This was not a denial of the truth, which is that HENG SHENG has been selling illegally-discounted citizenships with impunity.

While Grenada's CIP body, the INVESTMENT MIGRATION AGENCY (IMA) has advised that it has commenced an investigation, that agency's history and track record leaves a lot to be desired; it has failed to police CIP stakeholders who accept deposits from applicants, and thereafter never complete their required construction projects. We therefore, call upon the IMA to cancel and terminate any and all Grenada citizenships and the accompanying passports, which were sold by Heng Sheng for an illegally-discounted sum, and to further investigate criminal fraud and money laundering charges regarding the company.

Heng Sheng's marketing plan brazenly touts the company's ability to obtain a Grenada passport, coupled with an E2 United States Visa, for its clients. This affords potential US access to international financial criminals, sanctions evaders, money launderers, terrorist financiers, and career criminals, at an illegally-discounted rate, which facilitates entry into the United States, and is therefore a Clear and Present Danger to American National Security. We call upon the IMA to ban such linking of citizenship and passport schemes to US visas, regarding CIP passports.
