PHILIPPE MARTINEZ, a senior official of MSR MEDIA, the Plaintiff in the new RICO lawsuit filed in the United States against individuals who allegedly engaged in illegal activities in St. Kitts and St. Lucia's CBI citizenship & passport sales programs, has disclosed that new evidence, uncovered by an investigative journalist, has exposed additional national security risks from China, that constitute a clear and present danger which exists, within the entire CBI industry.
In a stark warning, delivered during an interview yesterday, on St. Lucia television station DBS, Mr. Martinez explained that he has conveyed that information to both the Attorney General of St. Kitts and to American authorities, because of its serious and urgent nature, and he openly offered to share it with the Government of St. Lucia if requested. While not explaining the threat in detail, he stated that its eventual public disclosure would have a serious impact upon the five Citizenship by Investment (CBI/CIP) jurisdictions in the East Caribbean.
He stated that this new evidence will result in major amendments to the existing RICO Complaint, which will most likely be filed later this month. The disclosure of this national security risk was made while Martinez was stating that he possesses recordings of conversations with senior St. Lucia officials that controvert their public statements about being unaware of rampant corruption within their country's CIP program, and not being responsible for any misconduct which the RICO Complaint has alleged. he challenged those officials to refrain from making any additional statements on the subject until they had reviewed this new information.
