ALEX NAIN SAAB MORAN, the alleged Colombian money launderer in custody in Miami, and facing Federal charges, is asking the court to allow him to use two emails produced in the case, that are restricted to being used in his defense by a Protective Order. Apparently , he wants to use these items in an unconnected civil proceeding, which has not been otherwise identified in his motion, "related to Mr. Saab's arrest in Cape Verde."
