READ THE ARREST WARRANTS ISSUED AND OUTSTANDING AGAINST THE PILATUS BANK OFFICERS

The Maltese NGO Repubblika has released 99 pages of documents, which include the magistrate's Pilatus Bank arrest warrants, and related materials, and we publish below the English-language extracts from the actual arrest warrants of ALI SADR HASHEMINEJAD, LUIS RIVERA, MEHMET TASLI AND HAMID GHANBARI. Additionally, we have attached passports for all but Ali Sadr. 

The failure of the Government of Malta to serve and execute these warrants is the central issue in the Pilatus Bank investigation. Most Malta watchers believe that the lack of action on the part of the Attorney General is due to specific orders given to her by Joseph Muscat, the former Prime Minister, who is closely linked to the Bank's owner, and was allegedly involved in the money laundering and corruption that was facilitated through the bank, until it was shuttered by the European Central Bank.
