DRAFT OF NEW CORPORATE TRANSPARENCY BILL INTRODUCED YESTERDAY

If you remember the old Corporate Transparency bill in 2017, a new and improved version was brought out yesterday by two members of the US Congress; yes it does include both closely held corporations and limited liability companies (LLCs).
