ORAL ARGUMENT HELD IN MOTIONS TO DISMISS AND TO SUPPRESS IN ZARRAB CASE

The court docket confirms that oral argument was had today, in US vs. Reza Zarrab, on the motions to dismiss, and to suppress evidence seized, when Zarrab arrived in the United States. The US Attorney's Office had four prosecutors, and the defense team five attorneys present, at the hearing. When the decision is handed down, we shall report it here.
