PRESIDENT CHAVEZ GIVES AWAY CARS IN CUBA

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez Frias, who has been to Cuba a number of times, due to his recurring cancer, has reportedly gifted 44 automobiles, one each to everyone on the medical staff in Cuba where he is being treated, including the maids who cleaned his hospital suite. The automobiles are said to be new Toyotas and Nissans. Given the horrific state of the Venezuelan economy in 2012,  and the utter failure of the state to deliver needed social services to its citizens, it is submitted that the money could have been put to better use.
