This is the California career criminal, the fraudster RALPH SANDERS; he has been known by more than a dozen aliases, many of whom we have listed as the bottom of this article. Sanders, posing as a former Sacramento Kings professional basketball player, approaches single women, often young mothers, and defrauds them, by a variety of methods involving tricks and deception. He is a clear and present danger in California, so long as he remains out of prison, where he belongs.
He has served long terms in California prison, and the next time he is convicted, he will most likely be sentenced to Life in Prison, as a career offender, under California's Three Strikes Law. Is that why the FBI, and local law enforcement agencies are giving him a pass ? Several of Sanders' victims have met with Federal Bureau of Investigation Special Agents in the Roseville ( Sacramento) office, including the SAC, but nobody in the FBI has taken any action to put this career criminal behind bars for good. What's wrong with this picture ?
As you can see from the photographs, he boldly wears Kings colors, and tells his victims that he is a former NBA player for the Sacramento team. Single mothers are fed a diet of lies, designed by Sanders to endear them to his story of professed rehabilitation, while in truth and in fact they are manipulated into giving up their automobiles, lending him money and other assets, and even giving him sexual favors. He is a known sexual predator, but his victims do not find this out until its too late; he threatens those who expose him with physical harm, and he is an imposing individual, far larger and taller than the petite women he targets.
Where is the National Basketball Association (NBA) in all this ? The Kings obviously are ignoring Sanders, hoping he will just cease his linking himself to them, but the NBA is getting a black eye from his repeated fraudulent activities. We call upon the NBA to open an investigation into Ralph Sanders, and take whatsoever action they deem necessary and proper to shut down his open and brazen posing as an NBA player. The Kings obviously are not handling the matter; it is time for the league itself to step up.
Sanders is giving the NBA a black eye. Should he take the life of one of his female victims, her family's attorney may consider suing both the Kings and the NBA, for failing to stop him from using his bogus NBA past as a tool to exploit their relative, where the NBA allowed him to continue without taking steps to stop him from claiming a professional basketball career.
