The United States Attorney's Office in New York has filed a motion in the case against Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman, seeking a $12.bn forfeiture money judgment. El Chapo was convicted of massive drug trafficking, weapons charges, and money laundering, and faces a probable Life Sentence at his July 17 sentencing hearing.
