PROJECT BULL RUN: NSA IS READING YOUR ENCRYPTED FILES, MR. BANKER

Readers who wish to review the text of the document released by Guardian, which details what encrypted software programs that the National Security Administration [NSA] is able to read, can find it here. The intelligence obtained in this program, known as Project Bull Run, has apparently only been cleared for release outside the NSA under extremely limited conditions, but it does increase risk levels for international banks who communicate through what they believe to be secure methods, should any of their high net-worth clients be under criminal investigation, and the Bull Run project reveal possible money laundering operations.
